After a strange weather event - thunder and lightning with SNOW!!!	The usual British weather scene - rain!!!
YAWN!!! I have not long been awake here. Yes I know it is after 10am!!!	I do try to keep fit you know!!! Here I am about to go out for a cycle ride.
32 miles later and my knackered self has returned from the bike ride - that's enough exercise for one day!	I look quite ghostly in this pic!
Eeeek! Good grief - the camera snaps an 'orrible pic of my face as I am busy adjusting it.	More exercise - lifting some weights - watch out Mr Universe - here I come!!
