Whilst the constructors were um... constructing the cycle route along this section of the dual carriageway they had diverted cyclists/walkers along the actual road itself so here I am standing where cars will be zooming along when the ring road is open. Not long after I took this photo they had opened the proper cycle route and had closed this bit and white-lined the road so I was fortunate to have stood in the middle of the road!
