Still raining in this photo - a view in the opposite direction - down the road taken from our balcony.

Another view from our balcony - this time it is not raining. The big building at the bottom of the road is now a McDonalds restaurant! A few years ago there were very few McDonalds in France - now they are popping up all over the place.

Quite a good effect in the clouds here - you can see the sun shining on the mountain tops through the cloud which is clinging to the sides of the valleys - nice.

Someone is slightly lacking in stamina here - Gaz is asleep - well, with the weather being a bit inclement there was not a lot else to do - Pete was also in slumber mode as you will see in the next picture!

Rock a bye baby on the tree top! Shhhh, Pete is asleep too - still I suppose an afternoon nap is most welcome when you are getting on in years - ooops sorry Pete - no offence :-).
