Elizabeth Ellis
PEN PORTRAIT:
Elizabeth joined the group in 2004 and came along hoping to meet new people and
to just take a small part in the production. She played Alan-a-Dale, one of
Robin Hood's merry men. Elizabeth entered into the spirit of the panto with
great enthusiasm, and especially enjoyed the singing. She has also joined a
barber shop choir introduced to her by another member of the group. She has been
studying Art and Design at Bristol School of Art and at the Park Centre.
Elizabeth has a keen interest in gardens, landscapes and architecture. It wasn't
long before her artistic talents came to our notice and as the production
progressed she was soon designing and painting the scenery and back-drops, along
with help from other enthusiastic members.
